Ways to protect your vision

The eye is the most valuable organ in the human body. Because without vision we can’t see anything. It is too much difficult to live without vision. To have a clear sight there is complex natural lense and nervous system. Here are some tips to protect your vision.

If you are still having high blood pressure, high sugar level blood (diabetics) or contain a high amount of cholesterol level in your blood they can hear to your eye. Therefore it is very important to blood pressure, cholesterol level and diabetics. You can control them with medical advice. If you are unable to control diabetic due to the high sugar level in the blood the tiny blood vessels in the retina can be get damaged.  The retina is the structure that helps to identify the pictures we see. Because of that, you can have many problems in your vision. This is a common complication of blood sugar and can occur within 10 to 20 years after diagnosing as diabetics. About 1/3 of young diabetic patients are suffering from this condition. The main reason for having blindness for the people less than 60 years is the high blood sugar level. A cataract is also a common condition in controlling diabetics. Due to the high blood pressure again the retina can be get damaged. Because of high blood pressure damage tiny blood vessels in the eye. Therefore it is very important to control those disease if you have them.

Ways to improve vision

Having fruits and vegetables with the green colour can protect your vision. They contain pigments called Zeaxanthin and Lutein in high amount. These colour pigments are also contained in our eye’s retina area. The macula is the most important part of the retina for the vision. These colour pigments protect your eyes from the sunlight and toxins that enter your body. Cabbage, Spinach, Beet, Green Cabbage, Green Peas, Pumpkin, Corn, Gherkin, Dubai Pumpkin, and Broccoli are rich in these colour pigments.

Vitamin C also helps to have a healthy eye. They are a good antibiotic and protect your eye from viral influences. You can have vitamin C from the foods that you are having daily. Bell pepper, sauerkraut, cabbage, Nacol, spinach, radish leaves, beet leaves, moringa leaves, Cancun, Gotu kola, black pepper, tomato, garlic are some vegetables rich with vitamin C

The mineral called zinc and vitamin E also helps to have a clear vision. You may have errors in your vision due to deficiencies of vitamin E. The Morgan which contains more zinc in your body is the Eye. You can get more zinc by having these foods Cashew, Peanuts, Beans, Crab and etc..

Omega 3 Fatty Acids are also very important for having a good vision. You can get omega 3 from fishes, Shrimp, lobster, squid, soybean oil, canola oil, dark green varieties.

It is very important to avoid having foods which contain more sugar. You have to control of having drinks contain more sugar, sweets and consumption of bread. You can have a good vision by following above-mentioned tips. it is very important to take medical advice for any disease or for any complications.
